Terms of purchase and delivery

Prepayment

In the case of prepayment, you pay the amount in advance to our bank account. After placing your order at the checkout, you will receive both on-screen and email instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the delivery time may be extended by a few days for prepayments. If payment is not received within 5 working days, the order will be canceled and the goods released.

Card payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard via Certitrade/Euroline - a 100% secure payment solution. All information is encrypted with SSL 128-bit security. Funds are reserved in your account and normally withdrawn within 24 hours of ordering. All transactions follow the 3D-Secure security standard.

Invoice via KLARNA

Payment terms are 14 days net. When paying an invoice, a credit check is made on your social security number. The invoice is sent to your registered address. In the event of late payment, penalty interest of 2% per month and a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. Invoice purchases require that the customer is at least 18 years old.

Delivery of goods

We deliver worldwide.
Stock items are normally shipped on the same day, and manufactured products are shipped within a week. Delivery time varies depending on the product and is stated on the product page and in the order confirmation.
Delivery is made by Post or UPS.

Normal delivery time is 10-12 working days.

Delivery method

Orders can be sent as letters or packages. Smaller packages are delivered directly to the mailbox. If the package is too large for the mailbox, the recipient will receive a notice for collection at the nearest post office or agent. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Complaints and returns

If the product is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail: kontakt@pledd.net.
Products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, but not on wear and tear. In case of manufacturing defects, we replace with new parts or product.

Exchanges

The customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping cost of replacement goods. Returned goods must be unused and in new condition. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at kontakt@pledd.net for return questions.

Customer satisfaction guarantee and complaints

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will help you. Always return with a return number provided by us, within 14 days of receipt. Returns without a return number cannot be accepted. Customized and personalized products are not covered by the right of withdrawal or exchange. All goods must be returned in their original packaging.

In case of return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Refunds will be made when we have received and checked the goods.

Transport damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Always check the goods on receipt. In case of damage, contact us immediately.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in unchanged condition and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods such as products with printing or embroidery.

Returns of specially ordered goods

Products made to your specifications, such as printed names, are not subject to the right of withdrawal. When returning such goods, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the goods must be returned in unchanged condition.

Personal Data Act (PUL)

Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

False orders

Orders in someone else's name without permission are illegal. We log IP address and time and report to the police if necessary.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels not collected from the post office within 14 days will be returned to us. In the event of redelivery, return shipping and handling fee of SEK 260 will be charged.
