1. Is it possible to return the blanket I have purchased?
Yes, returns are possible, but only in specific cases:

• If the blanket has production or material defects.
• If the details on the blanket do not match those you submitted when ordering.
• If the blanket is damaged during transportation or due to production errors.

2. Can I add my own information or text to the blanket?
Yes, you can! It is possible to customize the text on the blanket, but each line has a maximum number of characters:

• Line 1: Max 15 characters
• Line 2 (e.g. date of birth): Max 10 characters
• Line 3: Max 8 characters
• Line 4: Max 6 characters
• Line 5: Max 20 characters (personal dedication)

Please note that more characters may result in a smaller text size.
You can also add a personal dedication in an extra field, for example:

• "From the Godmother"
• "From the Grandparents"

3. Do the blankets change after washing?
No, as long as you follow our washing instructions, the blanket will keep its texture, size, shape and color, even after several washes.
Recommendations:

• Wash at max 60°C
• Avoid bleach
• Do not dry clean

4. How to wash the blankets?
The blankets are made of 100% organic cotton. Follow these tips for best results:

• Wash at temperatures up to 60°C
• Avoid dry cleaning and bleaching
• The blankets can be ironed
• They can be tumble dried but it is recommended to dry them flat

5. How and after how long will I get the blanket?
Production of blankets is time-consuming and takes place in several stages to ensure the highest quality.

• It takes a few days to produce the blanket after ordering.
• After production, the blanket is processed (including special washing) and packed.
• Delivery is done via a shipping company and takes about 10-12 working days after we receive the payment.
