Baby blanket manufacturing - Manufacturing process

Our baby blankets are made individually and with the utmost precision on modern knitting machines. We use only the highest quality cotton - without chemical fibers. After the blanket is knitted, it is washed and dried in an environmentally friendly way to give the blanket that wonderfully soft feel. It is then steamed and made ready for delivery.

About us

We are a family business that has specialized in the production of high quality knitted products for 20 years.

The original project and still ongoing vision was to process high-quality sewing thread and fabrics in equally high-quality colors using advanced machines from the company STOLL.

The baby blanket is knitted individually for the child in organic cotton on state-of-the-art knitting machines.

Once the blanket is knitted, it is washed and treated organically, so that it is soft and comfortable from the start.

After washing, the baby blanket is dried and then sent to the sewing workshop where the edge bands are sewn on.

Finally, the baby blanket is dried completely dry and packed in a plastic bag.
